BaseballGuy is a model of an unknown baseball player who's model shares a lot of similarties with Smokin' Joe. While it can be assumed that he might have shown up in Field of Nightmares for that reason there is nothing else connecting him there.

GirlGuide is a model of a female junior scout that would have appeared in I Know What You Did Last Summer Camp.

RS_Barman is an unused model of a barman who would have, based on the RS in his model name likely standing for Resort, would have appeared in I Know What You Did Last Summer Camp and Gone With the Wendigo.

SportsGirl1 is a model of a sporty woman with an unknown use. She's one of the few leftover models without an icon.

|
Waiter is an unused model of a waiter. While there is a model for a Waitress meant to have been used in A Fistful of Plasm and For a Few Plasm More (And ultimatly also reused for Ursula Kudrow), the different styles of their clothes imply that they're not connected besides their job. He's also one of the few leftover models without an icon left.

WuClan1/2 are both unused members of the Jade Clan seen in A Fistful of Plasm and For a Few Plasm More. The Wu in their model names seem to be taken from their gang's leader, Julie Wu. Both of them also lack icons.

Mortal cheerleaders dressed in the same clothes as Tricia (But light blue rather then pink), she can be seen in Weird Séance in a trailer but two of them also show up in Haunting 101's loading screen poster, implying that they would have shown up there as well

| Short Haired Witch

An unknown 4th witch can be seen in the game's trailers. She would have likely appeared along side the 3 existing witches in The Calamityville Horror and Facepacks & Broomsticks.

Mortal groups in Ghost Master are often internally assigned letters in an alphabetical order however there are a few letters unacounted for, those being:
