A Fistful of Plasm is a cut scenario taking place in the West Side Slums. It's the first level focusing on the Ghost with No Name with the second being For a Few Plasm More. The plot of the level would involve a gang war between two gangs, first being the Jade Gang lead by Julie Wu and the second being the Barracudas Gang lead by Romeo Martinez.

• Similarly to Darkling in The Blair Wisp Project, Ghost with No Name can't be laid to rest in this scenario.
• The name of this level is a reference to 1964 Western/Drama, A Fistful of Dollars.
• The scenario along with it's continuation in For a Few Plasm More is inspired by West Side Story, an adaptation of the classic Romeo & Juliet story in a more modern setting.
  • The name of the location being West Side Slums also references the story.
• There are 7 models that have been leftover from this scenario in the game. The models in question being Julie Wu and Romeo Martinez's models, 2 gang members from both the Jade and Barracudas Gangs and a Waitress model.
  • Julie Wu, Romeo Martinez, the Waitress and the Barracudas Gang members were all reused in The Unusual Suspects, however only Julie kept her name.
