The only thing these crows hate more than the scarecrow is the sheepdog.

Crows would have been a group of birds which would show up in Spooky Hollow. Their only known purpose is that they would have been the solution to freeing Scarecrow originally before their puzzle was changed. While the exact solution is unknown it can be assumed that it would be done by either hearding them towards them with the help of Reckless or by scaring the dog away from the crows to let them come to Scarecrow.
It is unknown if they could have even been scared or if maybe they would scare mortals.
