Agent Echo was a cut mortal that would have also been a member of the Men In Black, a cut mortal opposition. Unlike the other members of the organisation however, she would have been an MIB Psychic, who rather than the typical equipment used by the Men In Black, would have used her innate psychic powers.

- The names of the 6 MIB agents are based on the NATO phonetic alphabet, Agent Echo specifically being named after the letter E.
- In the beta version of the game she used the same model that Dr. Diana Radin and later on Dr. Brunner used.
