Officer Megan Russo is a police officer working at the Hell Street precinct station in Gravenville.
During The Unusual Suspects due to her lack of sleep she relies on drinking coffee to keep herself awake, however if the machine she takes it from becomes broken she will start to randomly fall asleep.

Along with Captain Frank Travanti, Sergeant Stan Prosky and Officer Andrew Haid, she would have been a part of the police force trying to stop the Hamner familly from building a baseball field in Field of Nightmares, the exact reason for them trying to do it is unknown.
