Dr. Greenwood is a compulsive womaniser, and is having an affair with about half the nurses in the hospital.

Dr. Seth Greenwood is one of the five doctors who work at the Gravenville Hospital and as such is one of the required targets to beat Phantom of the Operating Room. In addition, he is also a key mortal for freeing Brigit.
He's a cheater in a relationship with several nurses in the hospital, including Nurse Annie Walker, Nurse Gina Maris, Nurse Sandy Hodge and Nurse Julie Keenan.

- He is the only doctor to not return in What Lies Over the Cuckoo's Nest?.
- The reason for his disappearance might be due to Brigit, as she is also gone from the level for unknown reasons, making it possible that canonically she had met him between the two missions and terrified him regardless of the Ghost Master's involvement.
- He is internally refereed to as "Lovedoctor" in the files for his model and icon.
- Dr. Seth Greenwood is based on Dr. Seth Griffin, a character played by Bruce Greenwood in a TV drama called St. Elsewhere.
