Dorothy 'Tootie' Cohn is one of the members of the Kappa Lambda Sorority house and likely attends the same university as the frat boys. She and the rest of the sorority girls are present in Haunting 101 and are one of the first groups of mortals the ghost master will face in the game. She serves as an introduction to the ghost master about sleeping mortals and how to wake them up. She and Natalie Cohn are the only two mortals who do not return in Facepacks & Broomsticks.

- Dorothy 'Tootie' Cohn is based on Dorothy "Tootie" Ramsey, a character played by Kim Fields in a TV sitcom called The Facts of Life.
- Rather then taking their surname from the actor that played the character who inspired them, Dorothy's surname is taken from the actor who played the best friend of the character.
- Dorothy shares her surname with Natalie Cohn, making them very likely to be sisters.
- Despite appearing on the level poster for Facepacks & Broomsticks, Dorothy doesn't show up in said level.
- Hollywood Polygons mentioned in Dorothy's bio are a reference to Hollywood Squares, an American game show which started in 1966
- During her sleep in the level, Dorothy uses a unique sleeping sound compared to any other case of mortals falling asleep.
