Knuckles
Mobster ghosts aren't exactly rare, but Knuckles presents a level of professionalism that's a cut above the rest. He doesn't put a severed horse's head in an enemy's bed - he uses his own.

Knuckles is a Spectre who can be encountered in Deadfellas, bound to the roulette table located in the casino on the top deck of the ship.
Appearance
Knuckles is a tall man with blue skin and grey eyes. He wears a black buttoned up suit with golden cuffs on each sleeve, underneath which he wears a black shirt with a white and blue striped tie as well as grey trousers and black dress shoes. Knuckles wears a brown fedora on top of his head. He wields a classic Tommy Gun in his right hand which has a wooden finish on the stock and grip. Knuckles' face is fully intact, with mouth, ears eyes and mouth all being present alongside black bushy eyebrows and black hair covered by the fedora.
How To Free
Knuckles will become free after the croupier, Eddie Venus, loses at the roulette three times. However, Eddie is so afraid of Don that he makes sure the house will always win, making it impossible for mortals to win by regular means. Any mortal who steps into the casino will play the roulette meaning that luring in any mortal will do. Ray Hill will also periodically go to the casino on his own. If you don't have time to wait for Ray to come up, luring in Captain Merrill MacLeod would also work as he moves between the bridge of the ship and the bottom floors. Once a mortal is lured in, you have two options of making sure they win - either making the croupier unlucky using Jinx or making the player lucky using Charm or using Luckstorm and hoping that either one of them would get the desired effect. Each time Eddie loses he will gain small amount of fear and after he loses three times, Eddie will leave the casino with large amount of fear as well as Knuckles being set free.

- The name is a reference to Bugsy Malone, a 1976 gangster musical comedy movie of the same name.
- Knuckles was also the name of an enforcer in said movie.
