New Mexico Ghosts
In the briefly planned New Mexico expansion to the game, the Ghost Master would encounter a bunch of new haunters, some of whom would have been cut ghosts retooled to fit the new setting more, as well as some brand new ghosts (However most didn't have proper names). The only ones currently known to have existed are:
Airfield Ghost
Airfield Ghost would have been a ghost of an airplane pilot, nothing else is known about him, besides the possibility that he could have been bound to his crashed plane based on his concept art.
Ghost with No Name
An alternative version of Ghost with No Name. It's unknown if he had any differences between his original version and this one besides the design.
Hell's Angel (Azrael)
Hell's Angel was an alternative version of Azrael, changing him from a headless agent under the control of the MIB into a normal, headless biker.
Hippy Guru
Hippy Guru would have been a spirit of a Hippy. Nothing else is known about him.
Metal Elemental
Metal Elemental would have been an elemental with the power of controlling metal, thanks to it's magnetic powers. They would have taken the form of small creature with all sort of metallic objects attached to them. Despite their name, it's unknown if they were planned to belong to a brand new category or if they would just be an Earth Elemental.
Mr. Snips
Mr. Snips would have been a ghost that has taken the form of a haunted toy of a giant crab with scissors instead of pincers.
Radiation Guy
Radiation Guy would have been the spirit of a person who accidentally ended up being killed in a test of a nuclear bomb.
Seymour
Seymour would have been a horde formed by several giant Venus flytraps in a pot. Each of the traps has a set of spiky teeth. They would have used flies as their swarm.

Silent Movie Actress
Silent Movie Actress would have been a spirit of a dead actress. Based on her concept art she might have been intended to be fully black and white to imitate the style of old silent movies.
The Gray Ghost
The Gray Ghost also known as M'zpqq'wlk would have been the spirit of an alien that was captured and experimented on by the MIB due to having been separated from the "Omega Cosmic Love Field".
The Last Dodo
The Last Dodo would, as the name implies, be the spirit of the last dodo bird to have ever lived.
Trivia
- Due to how little time the New Mexico idea was worked on many ghosts lack any sort of description about them besides random gibberish. For example, The Last Dodo's description is:
- dsf’ashdasd’fasdfkhasd fasdkflsdkhfas asd fkahsd; fasd fasdhf;a sdfk asdfha;sdlkf;asd f;als dfa sd;flas;df asd f;asd f;asd not as happy bird.
- The only ghost out of them to have appeared in the game in any way is Seymor, as leftovers of his particles can be found in the game.
