Psychotic Rage is a tier 9 Madness power which causes a great deal of insanity to a mortal.
The targeted mortal gets dealt Extreme Insanity and becomes angry, making them less likely to stop and talk to people

- Psychotic Rage used to have a similar effect to Rage & Ragestorm, giving it the ability to inflict mortals targeted by the power with anger.
- While the power does cause a mortal to act angrily it doesn't cause all of the effects that the cut system would have.
- Originally the power used to be called "Maniac"
