-Description

Dream Demon is a tier 8 Dream power which causes the mortal to have horrible nightmares based on their known fears.

Depending on the knowledge of a mortal's fears:

• If none of a Mortal's Fears are known, they are dealt Normal Horror
• If at least one of the Mortal’s Conscious Fears is known, they are dealt Horror of the type they are afraid of
• If a Mortal’s Subconscious Fear is known, they are dealt Horror of the type they are afraid of

• Dream Demon is one of the few exclusive powers in the game that only show up on a single ghost.
  • Other powers like that are Piping, Rattle Chains, Thing in the Mirror, and in the base game also Buried Alive, Hypnotic Image and Deadly Pursuit.
• Using the POV button on a targeted mortal will show their Nightmares instead of what they would normally see.
  • Despite the Nightmares being dependent on a mortal's fears, the image used is always the same.
