An eerie piping sound.

-Description

Pipping is a tier 4 noise power with a small range that causes the haunter to emit the sound of Bagpipes playing.

If a mortal has 50 or more belief it will cause Medium Noise Horror and make them leave the area.

If a mortal has less then 50 they have an increased chance of becoming interested in the noise and inspecting the source of the sound. It can also inflict Curiosity on mortals, making them more likely to check that source.
