Blows a fuse connected to the haunter`s location.

The power goes out in the haunter's location for a while.
-Beta Description
Blow Fuse is a tier 3 Electric power which blows all fuses for the current location (lights and generator).
When the lights go off:
- Mortals with a Fear of Darkness suffer Light Darkness Horror.
- Rattled or Terrified mortals become Uneasy.
