-Description

Quake is a tier 7 Ground power creates an earthquake across the entire level.

Mortals present either in the room with the caster or close to them outside suffer Medium Normal Horror and become Uneasy, in addition all objects in that area are dealt +4 Structural damage while all objects outside of that range are dealt +1 damage instead.

• For an unknown reason Quake and Swallow swap the places they should have been on the power list which while it could just be a simple mistake could also mean that at some point in development they swapped power tiers.
