Slow is a tier 4 Noise power which Invites mortals to come to the haunter.
When used Mortals with more then 5 Madness and in the close area/the same floor as the haunter are forced to come to them.

- Despite working more like Attraction and even sharing similar visuals to them the power belongs to the Noise family.
- Originally, the power used to be called "Lure", during the time that this version of the power existed it was slightly different as it worked more like a typical noise power as opposed to it's final attraction power-like version.
