-Description
Hailstones is a tier 4 Rain power which causes hailstones to fall down in the area.
If a mortal has a Fear of water they will gain small amounts of Fear, rounding up to around Medium Water Horror after a minute. Additionally, the power causes +2 Structural Damage to the objects in the area of the effect.

- Despite it being impossible to achieve under normal circumstances, Hailstones has a unique sound effect for destroying Terroreyes' jar.
- The name for the sound effect of the power is "haunter_hail_hard", implying the existence of other versions. However, they don't exist in the files.
