These ghostly voices play on the known Fears of the already unhinged, driving them insane.
-Description
Voice on the Wind is a tier 9 Noise power with a medium range which causes ghostly voices to emit from the haunter.
If a mortal hearing the power has more then 5 Madness they will suffer one of 3 effects:
- If their Conscious Fear is known they are dealt Medium Insanity.
- If their Subconscious Fear is known they are dealt Heavy Insanity.
- If neither is known they are dealt Light Insanity.
