Creates the illusion of calm and quiet, preventing mortals from fleeing, as well as calming them down.
-Description
Unearthly Calm is a tier 8 Emotion power which causes all mortals in the area to experience a feeling of an unnatural calmness.
After being affected by the power mortals gain these effects for one minute:
- They become immune to the effects of Terror powers (Any Madness/Belief gain remains the same)
- Their Fear bar depletes 25% faster then normal
- The mortal is unable to scream
- If the mortal has started to flee from the level they will stop doing so
- Mortal opposition ignores all ghost activity and is unable to banish them
