Devour is a tier 10 Madness power exclusive to Darkling which allows him to perform his soul devouring ritual on mortals.
Anyone who sees Darkling manifested is dealt Light Belief and Medium Normal Horror. After that is dealt, Darkling targets a maximum of 3 closest mortals (excluding children) and begins to suck their souls, causing their willpower to decrease by 25% and deal Unearthly Insanity. If a targeted mortal is turned insane by the move they will become catatonic just like Bruce Elm in The Blair Wisp Project and What Lies Over the Cuckoo's Nest?
