Hypnotic Image is a tier 5 Manifest power which creates an illusionary copy of a mortal that calls out to others.
Mortals who see the illusion will gain Light Belief and start walking towards it. While under the effects of the power, the mortal is immune to terror effects.

- Despite working more like Attraction powers then all other powers in its family, and even sharing a very similar visual effect to said Attraction powers, Hypnotic Image is a Manifest power.
- According to his dialogue, Blair Wisp needs to be seen by mortal eyes to become free. However, Hypnotic Image will also work despite not making the ghost itself visible.
- Certain elements of illusionary mortals break and become invisible/change color.
