Causes all mortals to develop an unhealthy attraction to a haunter's fetter, but is more effective on closer mortals.
-Description
Obsession is a tier 7 Attraction power which makes Mortal obsessed with the Haunter's fetter.
Causes up to 7 closest mortals from the from the entire level to approach the Haunter. If a mortal is holding either an Ethereal Gift of a Trojan Gift they will automatically be drawn in by the power regardless of them being included in the 7 person limit.
Any mortals in the same room as the haunter when the power is triggered suffer Medium Insanity.
