An unexpected flow of water seeps from a wall, floor or ceiling.
-Beta Description
Leak is a tier 3 Flow power which causes the walls of the room to leak water.
If a mortal has a Fear of Water they will be dealt small amounts of Water Horror, rounding up to around Medium Water Horror after a minute.

Trivia
- When used outside the water will just leak from the air in the circle around the haunter.
- Leak has two versions in the files that are exactly the same except that one is in the Flow family while the other is in the Ground family.
- The only ghost to use the Ground version of the power is Stonewall.
