This power will freeze a mortal solid.

Frozen Stiff! is a tier 8 Cold power which causes a group of mortals in the area to become frozen.
All mortals present become frozen and suffer Medium Normal Horror and Medium Belief. Mortals who notice the frozen mortals suffer Light Belief.

- The Prima Guide mentions that Blue Murder has Frozen Stiff! as well, but she doesn't have it in game or even leftovers of that in the files.
- Based on the beta descriptions of Icy Touch and Frozen Stiff!, originally Icy Touch worked in a different way while Frozen Stiff! worked like Icy Touch does now.
