Wail is a tier 6 noise power with a small range that causes the haunter to emit the sound of wailing from their location.
If used on a mortal under the effects of Uneasy they will be given Light Insanity while still remaining in the Uneasy state.
If a mortal hears the sound they have a chance to become interested in the noise and inspecting the source of the sound. It can also inflict Curiosity on mortals, making them more likely to check that source.

- Wail is the only power in the game that can affect a mortal's stats while still leaving them Uneasy.
- The sound effect for Wail is way longer then one could possibly hear while playing.
