A list of known cut weather effects

Nippy

Based on the meaning of it's name it would have likely been in some way related to cold temperatures, possibly filling the -1 temperature spot which in the final game is also covered by Temperate, the game's neutral temperature.

In terms of it's mechanical use nothing is known about it however it is possible that it could have had some sort of effect on people that would have had the cut fear of Cold

Rain of Fire/Fire Rain

The weather effect would have likely been a heat themed version of Snow and as such would have been summoned from combining the Raining effect with high temperature.

Effect wise it can be assumed that it would carry over the effects of both Raining (with the exception of putting up fires probably) and High temperatures, in addition it likely would have had some sort of bonus effect on mortals with a fear of Heat.

Lava Rain

Likely an alternative heat based version of Blizzard, replacing snow with lava or something of similar nature.

Effect wise it can be assumed that it would carry over the effects of both Raining (with the exception of putting up fires probably), High temperatures and high wind strength, in addition it likely would have had some sort of bonus effect on mortals with a fear of Heat.

Lava

Lava would have likely been an alternative version of Flooded after the heat in an area was increased to a certain point which would turn the rising pool of water into lava.

Effect wise it can be assumed that it would carry over the effects of both Flooded and High temperatures, in addition it likely would have had some sort of bonus effect on mortals with a fear of Heat.

Wet & Steam

Nothing is known about these effect besides their name but it can be assumed that Wet would be caused by water based powers like Rain and Flood while Steam would be created by increasing the temerature in a wet area.
